"Daijob.com launches a Japanese/English "AI Recommendation Function"!
The goal of the automatic matching of job postings and candidates is to improve the efficiency of recruiting global human resources
On November 8th, 2021 (Monday), Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. (Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Tomoki Yokokawa; hereinafter "we"), launched an AI Recommendation Function which automatically matches jobs and job seekers. The function is available for companies that are using the Daijob system for their hiring.
【Press release - Key Points】
■The AI Recommendation Function automatically recommends candidates for a job posting that companies register in the Daijob.com Account Management tool.
■The AI Recommendation Function can be used in both Japanese and English languages.
■The AI Recommendation Function helps with an efficient candidate search, reducing the number of work hours used for hiring activities.
【Outline】
In recent years, there has been an increasing number of initiatives for Digital Transformation (DX). Many companies use digital technology to transform their organizations and business models. This is also the case in the HR industry, where there has been a rise of companies which develop services to improve the efficiency and quality of their recruiting operations by incorporating IT technologies such as big data analysis and cloud computing. Daijob.com has therefore launched the AI Recommendation Function, which allows HR professionals to search for talents easily and efficiently by incorporating AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology.
At Daijob.com, which features mainly bilingual positions, the AI Recommendation Function is available for clients in both Japanese and English languages, enabling users to reach a large talent pool, greatly reducing the amount of time required for recruitment.
【Expected effect】
① The HR representatives can reduce the time used to search for candidates and use this time for other HR tasks and activities.
② Lower chance of making an oversight and missing a talent that would match the position.
③ A better understanding of how many candidates match the job posting, making it easier to improve the job posting, if necessary.
【Introduction to Daijob.com’s AI Recommendation Function】
【AI Recommendation Function developer: Lokesh Kumar】
The AI Recommendation Function allows the client to browse recommended talents almost instantaneously after they create and post their job description on Daijob.com. Due to the influence of COVID-19, I had to work on this project while staying in India. Together with Daijob.com members, who are very familiar with the HR industry, I was able to incorporate the information that employers seek from candidates into the AI Recommendation Function. I hope that this feature will help companies use their time more efficiently. We will continue to make improvements to provide our clients with the best possible experience.
【Representative Director of Human Global Talent Co., Ltd./Director of the Council for the Employment of Foreign People: Tomoki Yokokawa】
The decline in the working population is becoming more evident and many companies are struggling to compensate for this decline by hiring new employees, diversifying working styles, and increasing the use of DX. Furthermore, we have to adjust and accommodate for the new with/after-Covid-19 workstyle, and I think it is difficult for small and medium-sized companies with particularly limited assets to carry out all the tasks at one time on their own. In this situation, we expect that the new AI Recommendation Function will greatly reduce the workload and time required for recruitment operations. The investment necessary to create the AI Recommendation Function would be very difficult to make for individual companies, in terms of cost effectiveness. We hope to support companies and their hiring activities with our new AI Recommendation function, which they can use with our usual rates at no extra cost. With about 12,000 listings from 200 companies we aim to achieve higher efficiency of recruitment operations.
