By analyzing the global job-seeker ratio by occupation, “Medical/Pharmaceuticals/Bio/Materials/Food” takes first place with an increase of 0.62 points with a ratio of 5.80. Next, “General Affairs/HR/Legal” increases by 1.59 points with a ratio of 5.33. Lastly, “Finance/Accounting” decreases by 1.14 points with a ratio of 3.78. Regarding, “Medical/Pharmaceuticals/Bio/Materials/Food” remains in the Top 3 for 7 consecutive months. Also, the occupation of talent acquisition under “General Affairs/HR/Legal” and finance and accounting position under “Finance/Accounting” has increased and hits record-high since August of 2013.

◆Global Job Openings to Job-Seekers Ratio by Industry

By analyzing the global job-seeker ratio by industry, “Electricity/Gas/Heating/Water Supply” takes first place with an increase of 4.10 points with a ratio of 5.50. Next, “Manufacturing” increases by 0.31 points with a ratio of 2.86. Lastly, “Finance/Insurance” increases by 0.38 points with a ratio of 2.45.

Open positions for “Electricity/Gas/Heating/Water Supply” hits record- high since August of 2013 with a ratio over 5.0. Especially, job openings related to the field energy has tripled since last month. Also, the number of job openings for “Manufacturing” hits record-high due to the open positions for medicine, automobiles/vehicles equipment, and food manufacturing. Overall, the number of job openings increased by 102% and have the tendency to increase since December of 2015.
