【Important Notice】 Warning Regarding Fraudulent Activities and Impersonation

In recent years, fraudulent schemes have become increasingly sophisticated and diverse. We have confirmed instances of suspicious communications where individuals impersonate Human Global Talent Co., Ltd., or our representatives.

Please exercise extreme caution regarding any requests for monetary payments or personal information received via telephone, email, SMS, or social media platforms (such as LINE).

Recent Fraudulent Schemes (Case Examples)

The following suspicious activities have recently been reported across various companies in Japan:

1. Requests to create LINE groups and send QR codes Instructions may include:
　・"Please create a new LINE group."
　・"Do not invite any other members."
　・"Once created, please send back the group’s QR code or invite link."

Please note: No executive or employee of our company will ever request the creation of SNS groups (such as LINE) or the submission of QR codes via email or other channels.

2.Solicitation to join SNS groups or chat services (LINE, Teams, etc.)
　・Attempts to encourage group creation or participation may eventually lead to fraudulent data entry or requests for money.

3.QR Code Fraud (Quishing)
　・There is a rising trend of using fake QR codes to redirect users to phishing sites or to steal personal and authentication information.

Activities Human Global Talent Group will NEVER engage in:

　・Requesting unexpected bank transfers or the purchase of electronic money.
　・Asking for personal information or authentication credentials (IDs, passwords, etc.) through external channels.
　・Requesting the creation of LINE groups or the submission of QR codes individually.
　・Directing users to suspicious URLs or requesting the opening of suspicious attachments.

If you receive any suspicious communication or suspect you may have been targeted, please consult your nearest police station or consumer affairs center immediately.
