Notice regarding the Addition of an Automatic Translation Function and Changes to Various Specifications

～Unified management of Japanese and English jobs～

　Human Global Talent Co., Ltd. (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Yuji Shinohara), a subsidiary of Human Holdings Co. Ltd, which operates the bilingual job search site Daijob.com, has added an Automatic Translation Function and Changes to Various Specifications.

　Over 1.46 million foreigners currently work in Japan (as summarized from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare report, “Current state of Employment of Foreigners”), and employment of foreign laborers is expected to continue increasing to alleviate the serious shortage of workers in Japan.
　Since new residency requirements and special skills were established in revisions to the Immigration Control Act, we have also been receiving inquiries from many companies regarding the hiring of foreign workers recently.
　Among these, there have also been various issues with companies currently using our services. In response to such feedback from our customers, and to hiring issues anticipated in the future, we have implemented the “Addition of an Automatic Translation Function and Changes to Various Specifications,” described here.
