Announcement of Company Name Change to "Human Global Talent Co., Ltd."

　Our company, Daijob Global Recruiting Co., Ltd. (headquartered in Minato-ku Tokyo under President Yuji Shinohara) is a subsidiary of Human Holdings Co., Ltd. We developed a website, Daijob.com, which provides information to persons who want to apply for or change jobs to make use of their bilingual skills. In March of 2019 we will change our company name to Human Global Talent Co. Ltd. We are also pleased to inform you that we have renewed our corporate logo to kick off a fresh start to our business.

Our location, contact information, representative, capital, website URL, etc. will not change.

■Origin and background of change in company name

　We provide services to persons with bilingual skills who are looking for a first career job or are considering changing jobs. To clarify the nature of our business and to improve our brand’s appeal, we used part of our website name (Daijob.com) in our company name. The website has information on our main recruiting services for bilingual persons. Until now, we have been operating as Daijob Global Recruiting Co., Ltd.
　From this year, in response to government policies and the revised Immigration Control Law that takes effect from April, we expect that company needs will increase even more for talented global employees, such as skilled foreign personnel and persons with bilingual skills. So, we are expanding our services and improving their quality to adapt to these social changes. With these efforts, we decided to enhance our brand strategy. We are part of the Human Holdings Group, and our "Human" brand is well-known in Human Resources Development in Japan. We decided to add 'Human' to our company name to build on this reputation and strengthen our brand value.
　Going forward, we will continue to provide high quality recruiting and staffing services to respond to the resolution of social issues that the entire Human Holdings Group is focusing on.
