33rd Daijob Go Global Career Fair will be held in Tokyo Otemachi on February 16, 2018

　Daijob Global Recruiting Co. Ltd (Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Yuji Shinohara), a subsidiary of Human Holdings Co. Ltd, which operates the bilingual job search site Daijob.com, will hold our 33rd Daijob Go Global Career Fair for Japanese and foreign bilingual candidates and foreign and international companies seeking global talent.

　The Daijob Go Global Career Fair is Japan’s largest career fair for bilingual professionals to meet with global and foreign-affiliated businesses. From the first one in March 2007 to our 33rd this month, we’re providing the opportunity to match talented people with major corporations in Japan, sought-after companies, and companies with a strong global presence.
　With a growing shortage of human resources in a wide-range of industries, the competition on the world stage for acquiring new talent is intensifying as global businesses expand. This growing need for bilingual talent, who are also proficient in the customs and language of global business, has led to the global job-opening-to-application ratio currently hitting its highest level ever. At this Daijob Go Global Career Fair, we will be featuring 32 businesses that are aggressively expanding globally.
