Daijob Global Recruiting Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Human Holdings Co., Ltd. provides the Global Competency Assessment for the users of Daijob.com. The assessment is powered by Next Education Think K.K, a company with the experience of providing assessments to more than 3 million people from both Japanese and Foreign-Affiliated companies.

This assessment is based off of “NET＊ASK(TM)”, a service powered by Next Education Think K.K. The tool itself will visualize the 14 competencies of a global professional (Language Ability Excluded). The data of this assessment will be based on the report, “Plan of Developing Global Human Resources” announced by the “Council on Promotion of Human Resource for Globalization Development” (Japanese Government Organization) on June of 2012.

2. Suitable Occupation
Your suitable occupations will be displayed in 8 different groups.
3. Profile
Your personality will be analyzed by the following; Interpersonal Relations, Behavioral Characteristic, Business Handling, Environmental Responsiveness, and Emotional and Mental Area.
4. Advice
Personal advice will be provided for future reference.
