Systems Engineer

Job Details

Planning, designing, developing and managing the websites operated by our company (including Daijob.com). As a systems engineer you won’t only be in charge of development, but everything from planning to server management.


You will be part of a small team so you will have a lot of freedom and be in a position to acquire extensive knowledge.


【Development Environment】
OS: Linux(Ubuntu)
Framework: Ruby on Rails
Programing Language: Ruby、MySQL、JavaScript、HTML5、CSS3
Infrastructure: AWS
Development Method: GitHub Flow

Working Hours

9:00~18:00

Job Requirements

【Necessary Skills】
・Experience in systems development using Ruby.
・Experience in participating in middle to huge web service projects.
・Experience in source code management using git or github
・Knowledge of database normalization and SQL.
Experience in development using MySQL, RDB.
・Experience in Linux server management and administration.

【Desired Skills】
・Knowledge of sever and IT infrastructure (Apache、VM、Application Serve, etc.)
・Experience developing with Ruby on Rails, CakePHP or any similar framework.
・Knowledge of IT security.
・Basic knowledge of frontend side.

English Level

Daily Conversation Level (TOEIC 475-730)

Japanese Level

Fluent(JLPT 1 or N1)

Salary

Annually ¥4,000,000-
Based on ability and experience.
Trial period provided (as a contract employment).
