Supporting global event for Women in business“WINConference Tokyo2016”
Contributing to the increase of female global leadership development and diversity enterprises
Daijob Global Recruiting Co., Ltd (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo), operators of jobsite for bilinguals Daijob.com, became an organizational partner of WINConference Tokyo 2016, which is hosted by WIN Sarl (Switzerland, Kristin Engvig). Daijob is working on this conference based on the relationship with WIN, the organizer and Intrapersona KK (Japan, Elizabeth Handover), an executive partner.
WINConference was established in 1997 with purpose of development and dissemination of female leaders with global mind. WIN held about 50 conferences worldwide and in Tokyo 6 times including this year since 2009. It is very important to hold this conference in Tokyo because Japan is now in the process of career improvement for women. This conference will share the best practice with modern women working internationally, men supportive of the movement, and world class organizations active in the field of conscious business, women’s leadership development, diversity and inclusion. Based on Daijob’s mission, “To provide the best position for globally-minded people.”. We are taking part in WINConference.
